'Lost & Found' Fruit Smoothie

I love creating my own smoothies and shakes. I take whatever fruit happens to be in the kitchen, put it in the blender, and find out what really tingles my taste buds!
Hard Ware

Assorted fruits
- Ice cubes
- Your favorite flavor of juice
Directions

Prepare any variety of fresh fruits—maybe bananas, strawberries, and raspberries—like you would to eat them (wash berries, peel and slice bananas).
- Place prepared fruit into the blender.
- Add about 10 ice cubes.
- Pour in your favorite flavor of juice (I like to use Twister or Juicy Juice) until about 3/4 of the ice and fruit are submerged.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Helpful Hints

Make sure you have permission to use a blender!
- If you like apples, peel and core them before blending. They add great taste but the peels get stuck in your teeth!
